Site Insurance for your New Build project

The DMS Self-build Insurance Policy enables those building their own home to create a package of insurance to suit their needs.

The basic policy provides Employers Liability, Public Liability and Contract Works cover, and meets the requirements of Banks and Building Societies. Additional covers can be selected to meet individual needs.

One single premium is payable to provide cover until the work is finished or for eighteen months, whichever is sooner, and this period may be extended after 18 months upon application.

Standard Cover includes:

• Employers Liability Insurance at £ 10,000,000 
• Public Liability Insurance at £5,000,000
• Contract Works Insurance, tailored to meet your individual needs.
• Plant and Tools Owned by The Proposer at £30,000
• Tools and Personal effects owned by Employees £2,000
• Site Huts and caravans (£5,000 contents) £35,000
